Since joining the company in 2021, he has been instrumental in optimizing our supply chain and strengthening day-to-day operations. His deep industry insight and hands-on leadership continue to drive efficiency and excellence across the organization.

Jackie Fahey is a commercial financier and CFO/COO consultant with over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, business acquisitions, and real estate development. She oversees finance, operations, and human resources across warehousing, distribution, construction, and manufacturing divisions.
Before joining S. Ambani Group, Jackie served as Senior Vice President and Market Executive, leading commercial lending teams and driving growth across diverse markets. Known for her strategic insight, speed-to-market execution, and strong client relationships, she plays a key role in advancing the firm’s operational and financial excellence.
Radol Michelle Churchill
Michelle brings a diverse background spanning engineering, education, and biotech. After earning her engineering degrees from Virginia Tech, she spent nearly two decades as a rocket scientist in the defense industry, including roles at the Pentagon. Inspired by her son’s journey with autism, Michelle earned a graduate degree in Special Education and went on to work across multiple roles in education and the pharma/biotech sectors.
Today, she channels her experience into tech management and consulting to drive growth for Radol.
