• Phase 2: Strengthen the platform itself and expand upstream, creating new revenue streams and enhancing the value of the entire ecosystem.

We don’t approach acquisitions as a rollup; we view them as strategic partnerships. Our goal is to retain each company’s unique strengths while strengthening areas of opportunity, creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Deal sizes can reach up to $150 million.
